Stock Manager is the latest in high performance stock management software for Window Designer and provides the following facilities:-

Stock Manager links with the Production Scheduler in Window Designer to automatically check and pre-allocate stock for production.

Window Designer checks the stock levels when batches are being sent into manufacturing to ensure that all of the appropriate stock has arrived so that production can be completed, warning the user when items are out of stock.

When batches are sent into production Window Designer automatically updates and allocates the pre-allocated stock requirements with the actual values necessary for completion.

Stock Manager permits an unrestricted number of parts to be defined.

Several suppliers can be allocated to parts within the system allowing different costings for each.

Each part and supplier within the system can have the appropriate lead time specified allowing Stock Manager to pick the best supplier when producing purchase orders.

Purchase orders can be raised automatically from the system using pre-allocated stock, minimum levels or by setting up regular orders.

Emergency Purchase Orders can be raised on a one off basis and automatically booked into the systems so that the stock levels are constantly maintained.

Stock can be examined at any point in time to allow reports to be generated for forward planning and forecasting future requirements.

Arriving stock can be booked into the system allowing analysis of suppliers to see if they are constantly supplying orders late.

Stock Manager is built around the latest Borland Database Engine producing database tables in either dBase IV or Paradox format allowing third party reports to be generated with ease.
