The Roof Calculator extends the drawing options of Conservatory Designer to provide detailed manufacturing instructions.When added to Conservatory Designer it automatically accommodates the following features:-

Conservatories designed with the Conservatory Designer are automatically calculated and priced based on the roof setup.

A complete parts and manufacturing list is provided showing sizes and angles of each item used.

Roof costings can be produced by using the standard component costs and labour times.

Roof selling prices can be marked up from the component costing or drawn from a roof matrix.

Warnings are displayed when deflections exceed the recommendations (based on post code), highly important when testing snow loadings.

When exceeding the deflection limit Roof calculator allows the users to automatically reduce the rafter spacing on the roof or select stronger type of rafter that will increase the deflection limit.

Optimisation of roof bars is automatic with a summary showing what bar lengths should be ordered (i.e. 2500mm, 6000mm etc).

Plan layouts provide a detailed drawing of the roof showing the position of every component.

Scaled drawings for each piece of polycarbonate are provided showing sizes with all of the angles.

All printouts can be viewed and checked on screen.
