Cut
your costs by reducing profile wastage and
saw operators time by using bar optimisation.
The
optimiser embeds closely into Window Designer
making optimisation a breeze.
Batches
are automatically saved so that they can
be recalled at any time.
Any
feasible part used in Window Designer can
be optimised such as head drip, weather
bar, etc.
Items
can be optimised in any order. i.e. outer
frame, sash and transom or sash, transom
and outer frame.
Each
piece of profile in the system can be individually
selected for optimisation or double cutting.
End
preps can be swapped allowing profiles to
be loaded on the saw in anyway possible.
Double
cutting can be activated, automatically
switching back to single cutting when items
can no longer be double cut.
Reinforcement
batching provides bulk cutting lists for
the days work.
Automatic
sub batching allows a days or weeks production
to be entered into one batch. The optimiser
will then examine the batch and break it
down into multiple sub batches based on
the product type or production time allowing
all similar frames to be worked on together.
Sophisticated
selection will always try to pick two arrow
headed transoms cutting down on unnecessary
wastage.
Advanced
statistical analysis continuously re-examines
the batch while optimising to provide an
equal distribution of large and small pieces,
thus using fewer bars and reducing the number
of offcuts.
Up
to 1000 offcuts can be stored and reused
giving even further flexibility and savings.
Offcut
tracking is provided allowing batches to
be restored and items to be added or removed
when shop floor errors occur.
Automatic
advanced slot numbering utilises multiple
slots per frame allowing multiple trolleys
per batch.
Optimised
cutting lists can be printed providing almost
every manufacturing detail required.
Profile
labels can be produced in the same order
as the optimisation, providing detailed
labelling with valuable information such
as drainage, handle type, lock type, reinforcement,
V-Notching, etc. for every optimised bar.
Optional
links are available to all major computerised
saws, routing machine centres are available.
