Conservatory
Designer is the award winning solution to
designing and manufacturing conservatories
of almost any shape or form. It is quick
and simple to use and encompasses the following
facilities:-
Conservatory
Designer directly links with Window Designer
so that conservatory designs can be manufactured
from single data entry.
Enter
lean-to's, Victorian's, Edwardian's and
P-shape's quickly and easily using the Quick
Designer where basic measurements can be
transformed into manufacturing sizes immediately.
When
designing a Quick Conservatory, window sizes
and styles can be supplied for even faster
design.
Regular
custom designs can be setup within the Conservatory
Layout Designer using standard questions
and formulae to automate and simplify conservatory
entry.
All
conservatory designs can be entered externally
or internally allowing conversion from literally
any dimensions given.
Unknown
styles can be entered at a later stage by
selecting from the style database or creating
a temporary style.
Odd
shaped conservatories such as T-shapes,
B-shapes, gazebos, etc. can be entered via
the Freehand Designer, where the user can
sketch the plan on screen and then optionally
enter the survey sizes.
Raked
top windows can be used along any conservatory
side permitting raked top P-Shapes, T-Shapes
and specialist unusual configurations.
Once
a conservatory has been designed, it can
be viewed in 3D.
Display
the conservatory at any viewing angle and
from any viewpoint using the control panels
features such as rotate, zoom and pan.
Use
the wireframe facility to adjust the conservatory
quickly, then switch to Hidden Line or Colour
mode to produce a detailed realistic drawing.
Inside
viewing is allowed to show the customer
even more detail.
Specify
roof features such as hip-left, hip-right,
hip-front, hip-back, vertical-ridge, horizontal-ridge
and jack-rafters at the click of a button.
Whilst
viewing conservatories in 3D certain features
can be disabled to selectively produce drawings
of the roof, windows, cill, brickwork, etc.
Produce
stonework simulations by using the random
brickwork generator.
Panels,
coloured leads, and arches can be added
to any position in a window with ease.
Conservatories
can be shown with with many different levels
of detail ranging from very basic line drawings
up to sophisticated drawings showing opening
vents and tiled floors.
Custom
panels, leads and arches can be designed
using the Panel Editor.
Conservatories
can be rotated in real time through 360°
by using the Simulator.
Detailed
simulations can be calculated and viewed
at a later date by using the save and recall
facility.
Printing
a conservatory can be performed in many
ways, either by the standard single view,
6 part view, or by using the Printout Designer.
Printout
Designer will take a single sheet of paper
and divide it up into sections, then, using
drag & drop, conservatory views can
be placed into these sections and printed.
Printout
Designer also allows designs and templates
to be saved to disk for use at a later date.
Companies
supplying unusual conservatories will be
pleased to know that Roof Designer will
allow sections of the roof to be altered
with the minimum of effort.
Customising
rafter positions is a breeze using facilities
such as drag & drop and direct positioning.
Rafter
positions can be auto aligned with opposing
sections or equally spaced along the section.
Rafters
can also be automatically aligned with the
mullions from frames below.
Features
such as ridge moving, adding and deleting
sections can all be carried out effortlessly.
Split
height roofs can be accurately designed
using the advanced ridge point auto-correction
feature
Conservatory
Roof vents can be added to any of the roof
sections.
Box
gutters and drain pipes can be added to
any side of the conservatory supporting
connections to bungalow's.
Base
layouts can be produced showing internal
or external sizes and string lines.
Base
layouts can automatically calculate any
brickwork tolerances and meterage of building
materials required to manufacture the basework.
